Civil Rights Reform

Civil Rights: In America, our party would like to stress that all people are treated equally. People will get their choice and will be able to live their life as an equal individual.

• Every person has the rights to marry whomever they please
• Any religious functioning organization or chapel must allow gay marriages
• All states must abolish all rights against hay marriage

• Woman have the rights to choose what they would like to do for abortion
• All federal and state laws supporting a forced abortion will be abolished

• All death resulting penalties are to be abolished
• There is no technology created so far that is positive a person is guilty for committing a major crime, therefore the government may be murdering an innocent person.

• Domestic violence towards women will not be tolerated and the violator of this crime will be sentenced to jail until they have made a court appearance
• The jury and judge may decide to do one of three things

1. The violator goes to jail for a selected period of time

• All genders must be involved in a business of applicable (If a job must have all of one gender they have the right to proceed)

• There is to be a separation between school and state and religion
• No religion shall be separated from in non-religious based organizations

• If you are thought to be an illegal immigrant a security member may ask you for papers regarding your citizenship
• An individual may not be not accepted into a certain group regarding their race alone
